Real Estate Agent / Sales Representative Job description:
- Search for properties, land and prospects
- Real estate valuations and customer service
- Object description (plans, photos, …) with the necessary advertising measures handle and complete real estate transactions, collect information and documents (income, mandates, GDPR, money laundering, …)
- Support and advice to the client until the completion of the transaction (financing plan, receipt of administrative documents, …)
- Observe and analyze the real estate market
- Expansion and monitoring of the national and international network
- Support and respect the management
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in real estate and / or building management
- Good national and international network have at least followed the course of the house of training
- Thorough knowledge of common languages: Luxembourgish, French, German and English – other additional languages are considered beneficial
- Experience in real estate portfolio management
- Good organization and structuring
